Welcome to VESH!
We are open 24 hours a day, every day of the year including all holidays. If your dog or cat is having a medical emergency, call us at 413-665-4911 immediately, any time of the day or night.

Our hospital brings essential 24-hour emergency and critical care veterinary services to dog and cat owners in Western Massachusetts, southern Vermont and New Hampshire, and northern Connecticut, provided by a dedicated team of professionals including emergency veterinarians, veterinary nurses, and client liaisons. We are always open, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week including all holidays, so you can be assured that your pet will always have care available when you need it, no matter what time of day or night. Because we do not currently have an exotic specialist on staff, we are not able to adequately treat pets such as birds or reptiles and suggest that you call Tufts University for the care of these pets.
We are also fortunate to have board-certified specialists available to provide our referring veterinarians and their clients with specialty services including internal medicine, ophthalmology, radiology, and surgery.
